Andy leads each project from the first contact with clients, through the estimating stage and design phases, to finalizing details with clients, and/or city building officials until Project completion. Andy's design and achitectural background produces insightfully organic and innovative designs; gathering his inspiration from minimalism, modernism, nature and environment. With over 10 years of construction and design experience, clients can count on Andy for advice and assistance in ensuring that every project meets all desired expectations.
Daniel Chavez
Project Manager
Daniel has over 30 years of residential construction experience; specializing in plumbing, electrical and painting. With the greatest amount of experience and impeccable craftsmanship, Daniel continues to lead the GreenWise Construction team for each project through completion. Clients and staff can always rely on Daniel to answer any questions throughout construction and he continues to be an invaluable asset to the team.
Alfredo Chavez
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Alfredo leads the construction framework for each project. Alfredo brings over 20 years of quality experience in residential and commercial framing, foundation forming and on-site project managment. Clients can count on Alfredo to responsibly build with the outmost integrity to ensure that all framing is structurally sound.

Business began over 30 years ago as a collaboration effort by a group of brothers - Daniel, Mauricio, Orlando, and Alfredo Chavez. Daniel specializes in plumbing, painting and electrical work. Mauricio is an expert wood worker and carpenter. Orlando is an active landscaper and Alfredo is one of the strongest home framers around. A notable project includes the renovation of a Hollywood Landmark, Jane's House, known as the last surviving Victorian Cottage on Hollywood Boulevard. In addition to this, their history of work has included renovations in the Hollywood Hills, Malibu, La Canada and Beverly Hills. Today, all brothers, with the addition of Daniel’s son, Andy Chavez, continue to collaborate on projects in and around the Los Angeles area.
